At Never Been, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can return products or request a refund.

1. Right to return

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

To start a return, contact us at info@neverbeenshop.com within the 14-day period. We will provide instructions on how to return your items.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • With all tags, labels, and packaging intact

Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

2. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately at info@neverbeenshop.com.

We will replace the item or issue a full refund, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.

“Faulty” includes:

  • Items damaged during delivery

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., broken zip, stitching issues, misprint)

  • Wrong items sent

“Faulty” does not include normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse or improper washing.

3. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
